Etsy Orders

I've been busy with photo shoots, custom card designing, birthday invites and so much more! It's been crazy, but so helpful in paying for our wonderful Family Vacation to Disneyland!

Here are some cute things I've made lately:

Why I love Shutterfly!

One of my most favorite things in the whole world, Disneyland is now one of my families favorites as well. We love to go, experience the magic and fun of Disneyland and of course I take a million pictures. Almost equally as exciting, is when I get home, download my photos and edit them. I sit at the computer with a smile and relive all the amazing things we experienced on our trip. I found Shutterfly in 2007 and have ordered every picture, every photo book with them since. Something about taking my most cherished family memories and putting them in such amazing print quality, or beautiful photo book just makes me a very happy customer.

So for our family pictures this year, we are taking out favorite photographer to Disneyland, where she will take pictures of our family doing what we love to do most: spend time together, and go to Disneyland! I can't wait to come home and create my amazing Shutterfly photo cards to send to all our friends and family!

My favorite cards (and I still haven't decided yet what I am going to use, gotta wait until I see the pics!) are the folded greeting cards. I feel like the cover is so amazing, and then they can open it up and have ever more pictures - you totally get your money's worth for the amount of content you can put on this card! You can practically write your whole holiday letter if you want!

I love these ones, since I will probably have a lot of photos to choose from:

In the past, I've used more of a one picture design, and I love these:

And of course, Shutterfly isn't just prints and photo books! They have so much amazing items to choose from - to make as a gift, or keep for yourself! I love these, I think I will have to get them this year :)

Family Rules

I did a linky party for the Family Rules Chart.

I love browsing other blogs and making some of the things I see on them, and totally making them my own.

Here is my completed Family Rules Chart:

I can make custom ones, just visit my shop on etsy to convo me!

More Custom Orders...

A customer on Etsy convo'd me and asked me to create some 'Countdown til I'm a Grandma' blocks that she wanted to give to her mom and mother-in-law when she told them she was pregnant! How cute is that!

Since I have been pregnant twice myself and I know that sometimes someone doing a little something nice for you goes A LONG way, I made her a little 'MOM' sign. I hope it made her day!

Etsy!

Etsy has been so fun to learn this year. I've got sooooo many ideas that I just have to make time to get my stuff listed! I have really enjoyed learning about stuff, while making a few orders here and there!

My hubby even teased me the other night that he still wants to be a stay at home dad, and if I get more etsy orders- he can do it! YEA RIGHT! He's got the job with the benefits and the great discount (on groceries, what could be better!)

Anyways, I've also had some great clients thru etsy, and one in particular has a blog herself, which is so cute and fun to read. I think she is a lot like me, and I to her, she calls herself an Over-The-Top Momma! I consider myself one too! :)

check out her blog!

She was so nice to write some great stuff about my etsy shop!

Batman Birthday

I've been making LOTS of cupcake toppers and centerpieces for orders on Etsy, and it has been reminding me to post about my boys' birthday party that started all these items!

From the capes to cupcake toppers, to the special 'crown's I made my babes, to the centerpiece it was SUPER DUPER! :)

Oh and of course, the completely custom invites with open and closing batwings that I had to make 40 of, that took me days and days!!!!!!
