Ugh, what a weekend!

So let's rewind back to Friday night when I happily posted that I was making things for myself...

About 4 hours later I got hit with Food Poisioning (again! I'm VERY prone to it, I get it ALL the time)

The whole weekend was then a bust. BUT, I would not let the darn FP ruin my plans for making something for myself all together! So as I sat lethargic and pale in bed, I finished these two items:

(Funny enough, they are already sold to my friend who begged me for Valentine's Decorations for her mantle. So I'm already making more to sell on etsy (already listed) and another set for my mantle)

It's been a long time...

Since I have really taken the time and made something for myself. I mean sure, my cute Valentine Countdown is on my mantle ready for the 1st... but truly made something for me to enjoy.. and not sell.

So I am hard at work making something cute for my mantle. So excited!

I'll post pics when it's all done, and of course before I'm sure I decide to list in my etsy shop! :)

Superhero Party!

So last year when my boys had their Batman party, I thought I had some cute decorations. Oh man, I should have had it this year - I have made some adorable stuff since then. Like these items I just did for a customer on Etsy!






And next up, I'm working on an Alice in Wonderland Party for a set of twins' Sweet 16. The invite is ADORABLE and I'm working on the cupcake toppers next! I'll share soon.

And fast forward a couple months (which will fly by and feel like just a few days!) I've got my boys' parties again. Yes partieS. I'm really succeptable to cute faces and adorable 4 year convincing voices to throw 2 parties, although their bdays are only 5 days apart. sigh.

So the 'big boy' 5 year old will have a bowling party and his equally adorable brother will have a 3 year old CARS party! (Secretly, I'm so excited to double the creative factor and decorate/design for 2 parties!)

Sesame Street Party

So sad that I'm making these ADORABLE Birthday Decorations and Centerpieces, knowing that my own boys are 'too old' to have a Sesame party now! :( We are on to Batman and 'Big Boy' things!

Valentine's Day Advent Countdown

I absolutely love this. I'm so happy it's on my mantle right now. Doesn't matter that it is the only V-Day item out, it deserves to shine. :) My mom helped me during a couple late nights to plan, create and finish this calendar.

Few things keeping me busy...

Making Goals: this year I'm doing Work goals, Family goals and Personal goals. Funny how the work ones are super easy, the family are tough, and the personal ones always seem to be forgotten in the craziness of each day.

Etsy Orders: So happy to have all these orders, but with sick kids, me having the flu, Christmas and working a lot- it's becoming a busy busy hobby!
